The service at this hotel is exceptional- the staff is friendly, polite and goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The exclusive amenities like the massage services and the seasonal outdoor pool are a luxurious plus. The room advantages are impressive- we especially loved the bar/lounge area and the in-room breakfast.

The location of this hotel is quite far away from downtown and there aren't many stores in the surrounding area- something to consider for those who want to explore the city. The only minor issue we encountered was the difficulty operating the coffee machine- but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The jacuzzi is perfect after a long day. The plants around give the hotel a natural feel and ambiance. You can also enjoy movies in your native language.
